So every once in a while, as the seasons have changed, I pull my husband to do a very important task for me. It's time ti show off the newest era of Chloe Conlin Photography!
In this era, we are really leaning into the art side of photography. As the world continues to evolve with technology, the human touch is needed more then ever. So I wanted to really dive into this photoshoot with that in mind.
These things were important to pull off this whole vibe (the symbolism, if you will):
ꕥ Baggy Clothing
The unrestricted and unconfined version of myself. With all the room to dance and feel free as I create art and fully immerse myself in each photoshoot I do. When booking a photoshoot with us, you aren't restrained to perfectly posed photos. You have all the room to live in the moment and dance around!
ꕥ Hair: Not Done Up
This is to show if the natural because I'm not all about capturing moments that are curated, but real ones. I'm obviously not saying that everyone should wear there hair naturally because for a photoshoot, GLAM YOURSELF UP! Have some fun with it! But as your photographer, I find value in your most natural self. The giggles between moments and glanced at your partner in real time.
ꕥ Wet Jeans
I think this one goes without saying. But at your photoshoot, I am devoted to getting your best shots. You can ask some of my previous clients. I've laid on the ground, walked in a stream of water and got my jeans completely dirty. But to me, it's like wearing paint after making a piece of art. As an artist, I'll gladly walk around with wet jeans, frizzy hair and smeared makeup if it means capturing your best moments.
ꕥ Hand Crafted Painting
This was a prop that was a long time coming. Not the painting itself, but the idea of doing some sort of photoshoot where I mix my art with my photography, showing off two of my favorite hobbies together. The painting itself, I created in about an hour or two. Got my paints out and chaotically put it together. Because art isn't meant to be perfect, art is human.
So I found a time where I was feeling particularly inspired and got to it. Started with one paint stroke off a random whim and started to piece it together as I went.
But yeah, that's what I'm all about!
So if you're ready to make some art, let's get to it!
Uniquely yours,
Chloe Conlin
