This is a big one for me. Something that I have been both terrified to do but also so excited. So nervous, yet so ready at the same time. My first wedding photographer on my own. No second shooter, no videographer, just me and my cameras to capture a big day! All of my research and practice, leading up to this moment.
And what a beautiful day it was. There was a little bit of fear with a giant storm that had just passed the day before. Worried it would be wet and gross. But you know what they say. Rainbows only come after a rainy day, and the day after this big storm was gorgeous. After it being hot and humid the week before, the storm had swept it away. Leaving a perfectly warm and crisp day for Jordan & Wyatt. The breezes were perfectly refreshing. The sun warm and the shade perfectly cool.
Me and Jordan had gotten together before the wedding and I helped guide her in making her timeline. So on the day of, I had this gadget that lets you put your phone on your camera. The entire day I was watching the timeline on my notes app and checking the time on my phone. The entire day, we were ahead of schedule which actually left us some time to do some portraits together on our own!
It was the most perfect day. And I had so much fun capturing this gorgeous day for Jordan & Wyatt. Mr & Mrs Parker.
