I feel like I have been saying this in SO MANY blogs but just like before, I am so happy I didn't let the weather cancel this photo shoot. It had said it was going to storm all day but we went forward with it and there was not even a single drop of rain this entire photoshoot. I was so happy about it, the only thing is it was somewhat humid.
This photoshoot was so fun! We decided to start at the Japanese Gardens in Downtown Houston. We visited the Japanese Gardens and met with Hunter and his fantastic mom, Tracy. When we arrived my mom decided to be silly and introduce herself to Tracy as my assistant (but my mom and Tracy are good friends so there was no need for an introduction).
This spot was so lovely! I felt so zen as we walked around looking for spots to take pictures, there were koi fish, ducks, and so many butterflies. There was a soothing sound of water flowing in all of the streams of water around this botanical garden. This spot was so so nice, I would love to come back one day.
Once we finished with spot one, we decided to change our minds about the second location and go to a spot with the Houston skyline. We ended up at Spotts Park where we ended up finding a good spot for pictures with the Houston buildings behind. We also decided to do pictures up against Endorsement Headquarters at this location because the building just looked so cool and modern.
It was so fun to take these portraits for Hunter. I know that whatever you decide you want to do after school, you will do amazing at it! I can’t wait to see where you go. Thank you Wong family for having me take these for you guys, it was a truly good time. I hope you enjoy these sneak peeks!!
