Hannah had reached out to me and wanted to do a little portraits session together and I of course got excited cause I absolutely love Hannah. I wanted to try a new spot with her and she asked me what to wear, I said… maybe something whimsical and she had no idea what to wear. I said, maybe a white dress and she said she had one she could wear. White was perfect for this photoshoot because it went so well with the location and even brought out the really pretty flower on the lily pads. Funny thing, was neither of us had actually seen lily pads with the little white flowers on them. We always thought they were only in cartoons, so we really felt we were in Princess and the Frog at this spot.
It was also a little scary because it was a rainy day and we were hoping to get as many pictures as we could before it started pouring. That is exactly what we did. As we were reaching the 30-minute mark of our photoshoot, it started to pour. I wanted to continue taking pictures but Hannah said we should probably call it done, which was probably a good call cause it was really starting to pour. We both got under her umbrella and slowly walked out, still admiring this beautiful location.
I loved getting to take Hannah’s photos once again :) She is an absolute cutie. Hannah, thank you for having me <333
